Laura is an award-winning Producer, Editor, and Writer. Marrying creativity with grit, she navigates the workflows of planning, shooting, and post-production, and uses this experience to fuel efficient yet soulful video work.

She views filmmaking as both an art and a technical discipline, one that demands flexibility and fast-paced plate spinning. As a Producer, she oversees the logistics and storytelling on documentaries, unscripted docuseries, corporate, and commercial sets. Directing camera, she excels at cinematic docustyle shooting, while as an Editor and Writer she specializes in emotional excavation.

Alongside her creative craft, Laura has extensive experience in project and people management, successfully scaling departments and optimizing filmmaking ecosystems. Her work has earned seven Suncoast Emmys®, three National Public Media Awards, and the 2021 TV Feature Reporting Griot Drum Community Hero Award from the Tampa Bay Association of Black Journalists.
